-Make sure you have your Java Virtual Machine enabled.(located in IE tools)
*If you are AOL: AOL's media player blows, so...
1. Disable AOL Media Player and use another Media Player:
2. Click on "Settings" in the AOL Toolbar.
3. Choose "Preferences" from the menu.
4. Click on the "Multimedia" link.
5. Uncheck "Use AOL Media Player for supported file types"
6. Click "Save"
